mix 2-4 tsp of powder with 2-4 tsp of liquid base to make a paste consistency. Apply to face and face, then gently scrub face mask in small circles to scuff off dead skin cells. Leave on for 15 minutes and clean off with a warm wash cloth, no need to use soap. Use 1-3 times per week for best results
